Itinerary

Day 1 — Narita International Airport → Transfer to Tokyo

After arriving at Narita Airport, you will transfer to your hotel in Tokyo by Airport Limousine Bus.

Our tour guide will welcome you at the airport and escort you to the hotel.

Please note that each passenger may check in up to two pieces of luggage on the bus.

Each item must not exceed 50cm × 120 cm in size and 30 kg in weight.

Depending on your flight schedule, feel free to explore the Toyosu area around your hotel.

The guide can offer recommendations for shopping, dining, or nearby sightseeing spots for those who arrive early.

Lunch and Dinner on your own.

Arrive at the hotel and check-in.

 


Day 2 — One-day sightseeing in Tokyo → Transfer to Kanazawa

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and check out together.

Your one-day sightseeing tour in Tokyo will begin by public transport.

 

Arrive at Asakusa & Sensoji Temple
Tokyo’s oldest temple.

Walk down the famous Nakamise Street filled with local snacks and souvenirs.

Don’t forget to visit the Kaminarimon gate, located on the street from the Kaminarimon Gate to the main hall, with full of delicious foods such as rice dumpling, rice crackers and potato vermicelli.

 

teamLab Planets TOKYO
teamLab Planets TOKYO is an experiential digital art museum created by teamLab, where people are literally immersed in gigantic art space.

Guests can enjoy their digital art by seeing, hearing and touching it in each unique room, where you walk barefoot in water and enjoy mirrored reflection in its surface, where gives you the illusion of floating in the universe with mirrors and lights around you, etc.

 

In the evening, gather at the hotel and take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Kanazawa Station.

Please purchase an “Ekiben” (station boxed lunch) before boarding the Shinkansen.

This will be at your own expense.

Day 3 — One-day sightseeing in Kanazawa → Transfer to Shirakawa-go

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and check out together. Your one-day sightseeing tour in Kanazawa will begin by taxi.

 

Visit Higashi Chaya District
Walk along narrow streets lined with traditional wooden teahouses and gold-leaf shops. Learn about geisha culture and enjoy photo spots.

Shopping and lunch time at Kanazawa lively kitchen, Omicho Market. Guests are free to choose from sushi bars, seafood bowls, or local snacks. Lunch on your own.

 

Transfer to Kenrokuen Garden.

One of Japan’s most celebrated landscape gardens, famous for its harmony of ponds, bridges, and seasonal beauty.

The iconic Kotoji Lantern and teahouse views make it the perfect place to enjoy Kanazawa’s elegance.

 

Visit 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art.

A hub of modern creativity, famous for its glass-walled design and the unique “Swimming Pool” exhibit.

 

Transfer from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go by bus (approx. 1 hr 15 min).

Enjoy scenic mountain views along the way.

Day 4 — One-day sightseeing in Shirakawa-go and Takayama

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and check out together. Your one-day sightseeing tour in Shirakawa-go village and Hida Takayama will begin by chartered coach.

 

Arrive at Shirakawa-go Village
Shirakawa-go, a farming village surrounded by mountains with heavy snow in winter, was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995.

Its gassho-zukuri farmhouses have steep thatched roofs, and the surrounding natural scenery of each season are truly magnificent.

Guests can feel the old Japanese hometown, where you can deeply experience the rural culture, lifestyle, livelihood and life of original landscape of Japan.

 

Lunch on your own.

Depart Shirakawa-go by chartered coach and travel to Takayama (approx. 1 hr).

 

Takayama Old Town is a beautifully preserved historic district that flourished as a merchant town during the Edo period.

One of the main highlights is Sanmachi-suji, a charming street lined with traditional wooden buildings, sake breweries, and craft shops, offering a nostalgic glimpse into Japan’s past.

 

You can also visit the Takayama Jinya, a rare surviving government office from the Edo era, where officials once governed the Hida region.

The area includes tatami rooms, courtyards, and historical exhibits that vividly portray life in feudal Japan.

Arrive at the hotel and check in. Dinner on your own around Kanazawa.

 

 

 


Day 5 — Takayama → Transfer to Kyoto and Special Maiko Dinner

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and check out together.

Take the JR Limited Express Hida from Takayama to Nagoya (about 2.6 hours), then transfer to the Shinkansen to Kyoto (about 40 minutes).

After arriving at Kyoto station, move to hotel on foot, and check in. Free at leisure until Dinner time at 17:30.

On the evening, meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby.

 

Head to traditional Kyoto restaurant
You can enjoy a unique cultural experience with Maiko, such as watching her traditional dance, playing Japanese games together, and having conversations with charming them.

 

It’s a rare chance to experience Kyoto’s elegant geisha culture up close.

After the special dinner time, you will go back to the hotel by taxi.

 


Day 6 — One-day sightseeing in Kyoto

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby, then start the full-day sightseeing in Kyoto.

 

Head to Arashiyama by bus and wear the kimono as one of the most special experiences in your life.

 

In Arashiyama, there are so many kinds of restaurants and souvenir shops, so you can definitely enjoy shopping and walking stroll this traditional and fashionable street on your own around Arashiyama.

 

Head to Kodai Temple and Tea Ceremony Experience for 40 min.

Professional staff will teach you the history and culture of Tea Ceremony Experience and how to make Japanese matcha in a traditional way.

 

After the experience, move to Kiyomizudera Temple on foot and sightseeing for 2 hours. Kiyomizudera Temple is introduced as “A widely worshiped holy place” in the official website.

You can feel more than 1260 years’ history, and after or before praying, let’s enjoy several streets which have both old fashioned buildings and various souvenir shops alongside those streets.

 

Go back to the hotel by bus and finish the full-day sightseeing.

Day 7 — Free at leisure in Kyoto

Enjoy free at leisure in Kyoto.

Spend your time as you wish — shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing.

Kyoto is famous for its iconic spots such as:

 

・Fushimi Inari Shrine (famous red gates)

・Shopping at Nishiki Market

・Walk through Gion, the geisha district and so on

Day 8 — One-day sightseeing in Osaka

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and then start the full-day sightseeing in Osaka.

 

Shinsaibashi Shopping Street is one of Osaka’s most famous shopping and entertainment districts, blending modern trends with traditional charm.

The area is known for its shopping street, Shinsaibashi-suji, where you can find a wide range of stores, from luxury brands to unique boutiques.

 

Head to Namba district for the heart of Osaka, Dotonbori, where food lovers’ paradise, offering a wide variety of street food and restaurants serving Osaka’s famous dishes such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki.

 

ABENO HARUKAS OBSERVATORY standing at 300 meters, offers panoramic 360° views of the dynamic city of Osaka.

Day 9 — Return to Tokyo

The English-Speaking tour guide will be waiting in the hotel lobby.

Your tour guide will assist with check-out procedures.

Then proceed to Kyoto Station on foot.

Go back to Tokyo by Shinkansen Super Express.

After arrival, enjoy free time to explore Tokyo at your leisure.

Day 10 — Transfer to Narita International Airport

Meet up with English-Speaking tour guide at the hotel lobby and check out together.

Head to Narita International Airport by Airport Limousine Bus.
